We brought a bunch of kids here last night. My husband and I also jumped. Everyone had a great time. The staff is at each jump zone enforcing the rules for everyone's safety but they do it in a super friendly way. I loved the place. My only complaint is that it is a little pricey to do very often.
The employees here are great. They are always smiling and they actually seem like they want to be there. The managers were super helpful. All in all the cleanliness was really good also. I will be returning here quite a bit in the future.
Overall a really fun place to take kids age 5 to 15. If you are going to take toddlers and little ones, make sure you find the right time. Rules are very restrictive with kids 5 and under. Bounce in one square at a time. No running. No dodge ball. Still, it's great exercise. Moderately expensive, you may spend $15 a child for a moderate session. Hours of operation are pretty standard. Always ample parking. High marks for cleanliness as well.

Well paid $275 for my son's birthday part for an hour jump and hour private party room first off there isn't really much there to do and the rules make it hard to actually have fun with small kids due to the fact you can't help them jump or even jump with them due to safety issues. Second of all my little siblings who have special needs and are only 5 were asked to leave by the manager they did however after the fact give them free passes to come back when they found out about their disability. Third the lady that helped are party reusured me all was fine after I apologized multiple times to her about the kids to which she said was fine then while leave heard here and another employ talking about how my son's group was kaiotic.... Just out of all I paid a lot for a very stressful evening with a bunch of two faced employees. Should have just gone to Urban Air.
