Today was my first visit to this place. I just moved to KC and I did not know places or had any recommendations for this service. I decided to try based on this reviews. They were very very accurate, Pardeep was great, she knows exactly the shape of your eyebrows are! I was very pleased with the service. I loved the fact it was empty and 10 min I was out of there.
I've been going here for over a year to thread my eyebrows and I'm always satisfied.
Did a poor job shaping my brows and left hair around my brows that should of been removed even my husband could see it. She did ger me in and out but when I tried to tell her what was wrong she didn't understand.
I wish there was a button where I could put zero stars. They messed up my eyebrows REALLY BAD. I wonder how your store is still in business every disappointed
I walked in, she ignored me for a minute then said "check in" while playing on her phone- I asked if they had time do to thread my eye brows since I didn't have an appointment and they obviously did because no one was there waiting or anything and she said yes. Then she said "go take a seat" and I watched her play on her phone for about 3 minutes finally she came over spend about 20 seconds doing my eye brows and they look uneven and horrible... she didn't get half of the hair under my eye brow or even try and shape them so now I have to wait till they grow out some so I can get them redone. not great at all. I normally go to a place in Lawrence but thought the reviews were great on here-- don't go here for threading.
