Normally we come here and have a good time until today. I came to meet my daughter's dance team for a meeting and then to play. They understood that we had a group and that everyone wasn't there to eat. Then decided that after I paid for my daughter, I couldn't come in with her since I wasn't eating. We had our own table do it would be super obvious where we were if I was going to steal plates of food. I'm super disappointed with the way it was handled given all the circumstances. Yes rules are rules but that should've been made clear from the start. Not after you have all the details AND my money. Is unfortunate that people in the past have ruined things for those of us that are honest. And is also unfortunate how they handled the situation.
Food not the greatest, and prices aren't either. But the specials, in particular all you can play in an amount of time, well worth it! Lots of opportunities to do cool things. Great variety for all ages. Just get a special, or you'll drain your wallet.
What a horrible place to take your children to. Service is horrible from staff and management. I will not be returning myself and to anyone reading this I'd recommend looking at other options. There's much better places out there that actually appreciate business and treat people right.
Management and the front desk people are not up to the mark. We tried to find info for my son's birthdayparty and so I called at least 5/6 days consistently no one picked up my line and there was no option to leave a VM. I went ahead and booked the party online and I had some questions to find out and so I called again with no luck. What is the point of having a telephone number listed and no one picks the line? Since my son insisted to have his party here...I went ahead, no more parties from my side at this location. Party hero was very nice though.
Great buffet but total rip off for games and rides. Very strict rules for play areas. Employees total jerks
