Excellent collection but the employees, including the store manager, are horrendous. They are incredibly self entitled and pander on like as if they are doing a favor by answering any questions or cashing the customers' cart out. With all the other great Express stores in the city, this one can definitely be avoided.
Nice Store
I get the worst customer service here. Try and make a return? Get yelled at by an irritated employee with a bad pompadour. Comparing their inability to find an item in their system to people getting in car accidents because they are not paying attention. Implying that I didn't use the card I exclusively use at Express. Like I'm stupid. Ugh. Town Center Express is 100% better all of the time. They are much more accommodating, friendly and competent.
