The WORST customer service. The employees are rude and act as though they are being bothered by simple questions. Very low quality on all items. I bought a wedding band from them and the diamonds began falling out only three months later. Avoid like the plague.
Even on black Friday the store was pretty well organized. They even had two staff members at each register!
Clean store, good selection. I've been waiting at the jewelry section for at least 30 minutes.I would've made a jewelry purchase if someone was here.
It was a decent sized place but what I was looking for was scattered over several sections. I still found what I wanted. It just took a while.
