The people who work here are very knowledgeable and are willing to answer the questions you have. Also give honest game reviews when you ask them about games you're interested in. If you're buying used systems, check with other game stops in the area. I noticed ps4s of the same size are different prices.
I actively avoid this location of Gamestop. While I would recommend any OTHER Gamestop this one should be avoided. I had visited some family in another state and purchased a game with the gift cards I received. When I got home my Girlfriend surprised me with the same game. I took the game to this location where Dylan asked that if I have to return items ever again that I do so at the store that I purchased them from. I called his attention that the location he wanted me to return to was hours away. To which Dylan sighed and returned the game. I stopped in again to purchase a gift for a friend and realized that I had picked up the wrong version. Stopped into Dylan's store and even though the Gamestop app and website said he had copies available he claimed he didn't and sent me to another store. I called later in the day just to see if they truly didn't have the game in store and another employee said he had a few copies. AVOID
I found what I wanted easily online. I received an email within 2 hours stating that my item was ready to pick up. The used game I bought was also in good condition.
Trading games here is a robbery, but kids love those cheap used games
things are a litel expencive but its worth it GameStop is awsome
