Stopped in to get a couple slices of pizza, but only 3 left in the case, and all were sausage. We asked about any pizza coming out, but were told not for awhile since they were backed up on orders and only one worker doing it. He even told me that the sandwiches were better than the pizza. So when I decided to get a sandwich he was nowhere to be found. When he did finally make a showing I told him I would like to have a chicken salad and a wrap. He looked at me and said under the cashier I don't really make sandwiches. Very poorly operated facility on a Sunday. Definitely would not stop here again to get food. Terrible customer service! There were several groups of people waiting as well who left and followed us to QuikTrip. Much better service there.
40 min ago made order , guy was making himself a sandwich and counter person then after that begin to make my order,. What the hell is wrong with ppl not caring about the job, go do something else if you don't care , plz it's a easy job make a pizza when ordering that's all then clean up ,. How hard is it ??
I was down on my luck on my way to the casino to flip some welfare money for quick score because mom has scabbes. The nice worker I don't know his name but we will just say Don Chuck gave me free doughnuts. Seeing my kids born was nice, my wedding was ok, but free doughnuts is the easily the best day of my life.
I have been a customer here since it opened. Now I avoided going there if at all possible. The store is filthy most the time. Drinks spilled on floors, trash on counters and floors. When Jennifer was manager it was a clean well run store. I can't imagine the turnover expenses for this store. No one who the current mgr. hires stays very long. Which is probably good due to quality of people hired. Cashiers eat at register, blow their nose while helping customers, and overall unfriendly. I have been there while one cashier is working and 9 people waiting in line and there is absolutely no sense of urgency or even apologies for standing in line for so long. Guess what...mgr was in her office. Serious issues in this store. How about when they run a special on certain drinks and they run out first day. Obviously manager is not well trained on tracking inventory or taking inventory before a special. She is also one of the most unfriendly mgr. I have ever met. No sense whatsoever about good customer service. I loved this store when you had an attentive, friendly manager. Now, I will avoid shopping there if at all possible.. which is so sad since I live approximately .5 miles from the store. Oh one more thing....not all food workers wear nets in food area and one cashier waits on you with hair hanging in front of face and eyes the entire time. How he sees what he is doing I have no clue. Sorry for the ranting....it's been a long time coming. PLEASE send someone there without forewarning and you will see exactly what I'm talking about. Interesting that when the store is the trashiest is when there are no customers and cashiers are standing around doing absolutely nothing. This store needs to be fixed.
The store that I had visited today was very clean and for only having 2 employees at lunch time both men were very helpful, friendly, courteous, completely professional and really seemed to enjoy their job. The store was also very clean. This was by far 1 of the best experiences I've had at any Casey's location.
