This lady was "fixing" someone's hair that was recently messed up by someone else, and she did an OUTSTANDING job.

I was in a hurry to get my hair done for a wedding. I stood in front of the store, waiting for them to open. They were supposed to open at 10, and I was there just before 10. I waited and waited for about 15 minutes and no one showed up to open up the salon. I wasn't the only one waiting and the guy behind me gave up waiting. After waiting for those 15 minutes, I decided to go to another salon who had to squeeze me in. Shame on you Smartstyle! You need to follow with your hours. Because of you, I ended up having to go further into town, and was in an even bigger rush to get to the wedding. I highly don't recommend this place, especially if you are in a hurry. I wish I could give you zero stars! No service = no customer!

I really like going here. I started by coming in for a hair cut a few months ago when I had just moved into a new apartment close by. Rebecca washed and cut my hair. She was very personal and hilarious; joking with me about the hair cut I wanted. She also gave me some tips on how to style the cut. I'm horrible at doing anything more than throwing some mousse in my hair and walking out the door. The next time I was just doing grocery shopping when I noticed they had a deal on waxing and so I got my eyebrows done I don't remember who did them but she was fast and kept hem natural how I'd asked. She also put something on them that made the redness go away quickly so I didn't feel weird as I was shopping. More recently I wanted highlights, mine were growing out kinda weird. When I went in both Amber (manager), and Deanna, who had also cut my hair once before, listened to my concerns and suggested I dye it instead. This was going to save me time, money, and what I was most concerned about was having something more natural looking. Deanna matched the dye to my natural color, made it a little lighter and added a bit of strawberry for the red hues I'd been wanting without looking unnatural. Amber said she was sad to see my pretty ashy blonde go away but I know I'll be back soon when I want to mix it up again! The ladies here are honest, professional, real women that are very concerned with meeting the needs of their customers. I'd recommend them to anyone. Plus the prices are so great, especially with all the deals that they have regularly too.
Kaitlyn Ganapini was the one that cut my hair, and not only she was super cool, she did exactly what I asked her to do! She thinned my hair, and then cut it up to where my natural curls were. I absolutely LOVE what she did and will definitely go back. Thinning, cut, and wash was $15. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. I also bought a cream for my curls and my total bill plus tip was $31.
I decided to cut my hair on Saturday, and did not want to wait for an appointment. I read the two most recent reviews on this salon and they were good! I went there and LOVED it.
I came to this location on a whim. I've been meaning to get my hair done but dreaded going to a salon. When I walked in Audrey greeted me right away and asked what I was in for. I asked for a full color and trim. She sat me right away for a quick consultation and quote. For a color, wash, and cut cost under 70.00. She showed me color samples and once I picked my color she was on her way. As she was coloring she asked about my cut. I only wanted my ends trimmed but she suggested multi layers. I left it completely up to her and I'm happy I did. She also made suggestions on how to keep my hair color from fading. It took about 2 hours for her to complete my look but it was worth it. Audrey did a fantastic job on the color and on my cut. My total bill, including a bottle of conditioner, was under 80.00 buck. Great service and a great price..I couldn't ask for more. I will being going back here for now on for all my hair care services
