It’s always something with this papa johns. From ordering a pizza and waiting 2 hours, to cold soggy slices. This papa johns is terrible. There is a Dominoes across the parking lot that is better, or drive 5 minutes and get some really good pizza at Minskeys.

Never had a good experience with this store. The employees are rude and they rarely actually do delivery. When they do, they use 80 year olds that take 2 hours to deliver (not an exaggeration). I will absolutely never order from this store again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I ordered a pizza from this location over an hour ago, when it finally got here, it was cold, of course. This Papa Johns has been consistently low quality and slow service, I'll make my next order from Pizza West.

Literally the only pizza delivery option. Consistently poor service over the course of the last two years. This Papa John's is the only reason I know the corporate office will send out free coupons to their customers (which who wants free coupons to the place that gives you poor service in the first place). In the last two years, I've had more friends and neighbors tell me they wish there was anywhere else to get a pizza near us delivered, and it just hasn't happened.
In my experience, and the experience of numerous other Edwardsville customers (my neighbors), we routinely get poor service from this location because it's an inconvenient drive, and less prosperous margins.
The online delivery says 27-35 minute delivery, you'll get a call an hour and five minutes later saying, "we're sorry we left your pizza under the lamp to long, we can get that out to you in just 20 more minutes, is that okay?" No, it's not okay. "Well what do you want me to do about it."
Called for delivery the last 3 times and all we get told is we don't have any drivers to deliver..poor custo.er service! So we called pizza hut and had pizza delivered...your loss papa johns!
