Avoid by any means possible. Completely unprofessional and inexperienced.
If you have items you actually care about I would stay away from this company.
The young men worked hard but when the job wasn't finished around 5pm they were asking for cash to continue working, which I thought was an odd thing since this move was fully paid for by my husbands work.
The people overseas wrapped our entire house up so nicely. It was such a shame to have so many things destroyed by this company.
Most of our bookshelves, desk, bed frames, TV stand, etc was put together by my husband and I. The one bookshelf they did assemble was put together incorrectly and now is damaged. I unpacked my entire kitchen myself. We were constantly asking them to remove boxes and wrapping paper.
We had to move in a hurry and we called several moving companies for estimates. We picked Coleman American because of price and ability to meet our time needs. We didn't know that this would be a super team and that they would make it seem easy. Greg and José were incredible, and everyone took great care of us. Joe called several times to see how the packing, and later, the loading was going. At the other end, Greg and José arrived on time and unloaded quickly and efficiently, and everything was in good shape. I recommend them highly.
Great crew! Communication throughout process was great. Travis Talley made sure I understood the entire process. When it came time to pack and load, the crew were courteous, professional and fast.
This was our first move with "real" movers and it was awesome! We moved about 8 miles west of where we were living. The guys were efficient and so nice (from Travis, to the packers, to the movers). Everything was packed and labeled correctly. Allied was recommended to me though a friend who has moved many times. I'd recommend them to anyone who is moving. The only thing I would do differently next time is let them pack everything. We packed some things ahead of time and took them to the new house. I wouldn't do that again. I was worried about breakage. No need to worry. Everything was fine.
In unloading at our new home, the same crew was, once again, top-notch. They took great care of our possessions and our home.
The young men that came to unpack showed up with no box cutters, nothing to protect the ground(floor was damaged but more on that later), no lunch, sweat rags or water. Maybe this was their first job? I took care of the last 3 but one of the guys broke his car key opening one of the boxes.
I moved from Olathe, Kansas to Tucson,AZ. The mover's estimator was a real professional and performed an accurate estimate at a reasonable quote. Customer service was very good and as well has the moving crew and driver. I was very pleased receiving all of my shipment in good shape. My only suggestion is to ship the accessories such as nuts and bolts, and storage cabinet keys in a parts box instead of in the dresser draws. Also, the parts box needs to be listed on the inventory papers. Fortunately I had spare keys to the storage cabinets to replace the ones that were lost. Still a great move at a reasonable cost. Jim

Our wood floor was gouged a good inch and still have yet to be contacted by Eagle Claims, which is who they use for damages. I've left 3 voicemail messages in the past week. (The movers were at my house on June 10th).
Moving from overseas there is a lot of room for error but this company barely got the job done.
When I called the person who scheduled the delivery to ask why they didn't have box cutters I was told they cannot afford training on how to use box cutters.
