I don't know what to say about this, except this is a post office w unfriendly hours and very expensive mailing rates. I know, they are prob the same all over (but how much it costs to mail a small pkg gets me every time). The only good thing I can say about this place is that it has a lobby which has a mailing station where you don't have to wait in line, and you can mail pkgs, buy stamps, and conduct business w/out waiting, waiting, waiting.
Just like everybody else has said, they don't answer their phones! Take the number off your website if you aren't going to answer the thing! My tracking number shows the package should be in my PO Box, but guess what? Not there. Shocking! No wonder the USPS is becoming obsolete. I don't think the workers there have any pride in there work. They look miserable.
What an awful place. Why even own a phone if you don't answer it? Tried calling 15 times, nobody picked up. These stooges need to get their act together
