Updated with new technology and works flawlessly. Love me some grub at Sonic. The app works great too! True...they had some staffing problems, but now all is good. Food is fast and fresh!!!
Let's start off with the basics, this place is awful. Understaffed to the point of which they will keep employees whether they are about to pass out or are vomiting, putting both customer health and employee health at risk. The managers seem to spend more time smoking than they do actually working. On top of that they will over work employees till they, quiet literally, quit. They hire people who aren't of the age of 16 either (15 and under). There are more than enough things this restaurant should be marked for, making it astonishing to me that it has been open as long as it has. Do not let your teenagers work here, for their sake. Thank you.
Only one time, my ice cream cone tasted sour and strange. After politely letting them know their machine might be in need of service, I was given a refund and coupon for a free drink. Which I quickly forgot and ended up putting it in the washer with my pants. Such is life.
The food served is good, I love going here to get my usual coke and tots. Sometimes I try different combos, all good, but tots are my favorite. I haven't tried every type of fruity drink and ice cream they serve, but so far I haven't been disappointed.
This place has gone through recent updates, and the staff are nice. The management here has a great attitude towards letting the carhops be comfortable, rather than enforcing strict uniforms. Carhops can even wear, or not wear, roller skates as they please, the place is great.
Right by my job. I get my lunch fast and have plenty of time to eat, in the 30 minutes I have. Fastest Sonic ever.
Friendly carhops. Fast service. No dissapointment from what I expect from Sonic.
