Rented a car for trip, paid my tolls and have hard copy receipts of all, Yet they still pulled $20 from my account over a month after rental and claim it was in contract. They refuse to accept my receipts and pretty much told me oh well. Will never use again, suggest ya'll don't either unless you like fake charges.
Friendly staff does their best to give you good experience. Last minute rental and they were booked. Car suddenly became available and they were quick to call and we were on our way quickly. Will use again! Thank you!

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, go to this Hertz, it is a 3rd party, (subsidy) of Hertz Corp.
I realized 500 miles into the trip (leisure), once we got to our first destination the tires on the front were 2/32nds, legally bald. Also the front brake rotors were warped. I called Hertz corperate and was told to go get a exchange, an hour out of my way. I did, all was fine.

They had the car that I requested, but the car had a food stain in the steering wheel and stains in the seats. Didn't look to have been detailed. The staff was very nice to me and professional. They even picked me up from where my car was being repaired which was greatly appreciated.
I realized on 10/22/2017 I was charged $758.XX on my credit card. This is a head ache and have been talking with hertz for over 5 hours combined in the last week as well as disputing this with my credit card company.
