She is an AWESOME practitioner, but the wait times, are excessive. The people that answer phones and manage check-in could use some training on simple etiquette. Once you're in with Dr. Maria, you're golden, but getting there and checking out are huge hurdles. I've waited over an hour past my appointment time and held on the phone for over 25 minutes, just to make an appointment.
Least professional experience I've ever had in medicine. Dr. Maria Palmeri is not even a passable diagnostician (which is her job!), and isn't polite while she's misdiagnosing you, either. Her office never managed to figure out how to fax a single thing. They refused to even release medical records, despite being legally required to. Entire staff from "Dr Maria" on down are just rude. Just an incompetent mess the entire way around. I never review doctors on google, and I was willing to write this, that is the level of incompetence I'm warning others against.
