The last two visits, were scheduled for specific issues and I would have been sent packing with only a cursory physical exam had I not reminded Dr. Martin of them (after my exam) as he was literally exiting the exam room.
Nurse Victoria is awesome and has been exceptional across the board.
I thought that the nurses were what the visit worth wild. Not only are they very professional, but they were also very sweet. It was also nice because the nurse that helped me was very beautiful, Bonnie F. Always a plus.
Didn't wait long at all. Really liked the nurse practioner, Teresa. She personally called me about my lab results. Will continue at this practice.
I have been going here for years and now that Dr. Johnson us no longer there the staff is less than satisfactory. The 45min wit time to see the doctor is way below par.
The wait times are horrible, and the staff is rude.
The practice has suffered since Dr. Johnson left. Must be under new (not necessarily better) management...

Trying to get my prescription filled has been nightmare. After a month of run around between the Dr. Office, and pharmacy, I find out in talking with the insurance company that the pre-authorization was never called in by the nurse. This is despite four telephone calls to her. IF this were heart medicine, I would be dead.
