Cheap prices for cheap tools. Long waits.
This is a unique store in the variety of tools that it offers. The quality varies depending on what you are buying but the non-motorized tools are a pretty safe bet. It also just a fun place to look around even if you don't buy anything (which is hard to do here!).
I love the cheap chinese tools. I haven’t had any of the tools i bought from them break yet. If they do I can always go back and buy it again. I figure I can probably buy 3-4 of the same tool for the cost of one brand new brand name tool.
In general their tools get the job done for infrequent users as myself. Not really top quality on anything but you get what you pay for and the price is right, on most items. Their return policy is as good as it gets and they are exceptional with honoring their extended warranties. It can be tough to find help in their stores.
Smells like rubber tires, but has lots of odds & ends you may not find in other places. Uses lots of coupons. Like, get a free flashlight when you buy something. Staff is helpful, cause it's a large place and it can be hard to find things sometimes.
