Be Warned. The only thing good I can say about the service at this Home Depot is the man who works in the paint department. He has always been helpful, fast and precise at what he does. As for all other experiences, here I’ve been very disappointed. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked the store trying to find someone to help and even after going to customer service at the front of the store and have someone paged with still no help to be found. We had a contractor install wood floors $$$$ in the whole lower level of our home in 2014 which we purchased from this location. The Pro-Desk here called the manufacture because our contractor had concerns with the install. After the floor was completely installed defects appeared and the floor had to be completely removed and replaced. Home Depot would not stand behind our contractor and even fired the Pro-Desk employee who helped him. We were left having to purchase another floor from another company and our contractor had to tear out and install a 2nd floor on his dime. August 2017 we purchased a $3,500.00 front door plus $400.00 install from this Home Depot, the installer left without completing the install because he did not have the part he needed in his truck. I was left to drive to nine different Hardware stores (including this and another area Home Depot) before finding the missing part to install myself.

I never write reviews but I've spent A LOT of money in this store the last few years and have been less than impressed lately. Nearly impossible at times to find help locating an item (the website is not always accurate). Before going in tonight I read the price match policy word for word, found a legitimate match and went in to purchase. I wanted to make sure before driving there at 9PM that I wouldn't be told no and go home empty-handed and upset. Waited in line at customer service for a hot minute only to be told they could, and then couldn't price match the item (Best Buy). Why, I ask? It said nothing about it being excluded. The response was "I don't know. I've never seen this before. What do you want to do?". I'll be buying elsewhere and what I can in the future.
